Ingredients:
makes 14 energy bites
6 Tbsp N’joy Peanut Butter
1.5 cups gluten-free quick oats
1 Tbsp maca powder
1/2 cup dates
dash of salt
2 Tbsp applesauce
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp Agave
Method:
- In a small mixing bowl, add 6 Tbsp and stir to create
- In a large mixing bowl, combine N’joy Peanut Butter , vanilla extract, dates, oats, maca powder, salt and stir.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Roll into 14 even-sized balls, and N’joy!
